2day i had my recital..
it was a huge mess..
i practice so hard..n yet..it turn out to be rubbish..
suppposingly..in d 1st place..
tcher alr did d arrangement fr trio band for another song..
i even wrote dat in my request form.
but..coz of d holidays..
studios were closed down for A WHOLE WEEK!!!
n our own jam room hav limited spaces..
so..i gave up on having a band...
n use d 2 days of holidays working on d solo piano which i have not completed yet..
btw, thanks so much to Mulyadi for teaching me to use BIAB,
if is not bcoz of u,i dun think i can even complete my solo parts..
THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
but when i went on stage..
i jz found out dat..
evenrthough practice makes perfect,
but dat doesnt mean ur stage fright would be cured dat way..
so..
having my 1st time as solo piano in recital..
has gave me a very bad experience..
it shows dat..
im not capable of doing jazz or blues in solo..
well...
good or bad...
it's over..
i seriously nd to buck up n make use of d holidays i hav to do loadz of work on my jazz stuff...

Aiyo...
then u do better next time loh~
u sure can do it ~
:p
good work on your recital! at least you gave it your best! :) i don't think you're the only one with stage fright..and i'm really sure that this doesn't stop you from becoming a jazz or blues player, because the more you play, the more confident you'll get! :) of course, having a band would have helped, but you've made it through! good work
