Yem Voon's birthday celebration

(suppose to be 16th jan's post)

well...
im actually suppose to post this a week ago...
but i was figuring how to do d post in a proper way..
too bad..until now i still cant get d best way..
but...i HAVE to post it b4 jan,if not it will be 'overdue'...
so..whether is breaking it or making it...i dun care..im posing it now..

hmm..ermm..
okay...
to make d post long (keke...paiseh ^_^) n as well as putting in all d details..
let's start on d 1st week of jan,aft sch reopen...

on one sunny day =_="
i called yemvoon to ask sth...aft finish talking d important matters..
we start chatting..then...
she told me dat when she go shopping with her frens in sg wang,she saw a very pretty ring...
but d price is rm80++ so she din buy it...

a short story abt d 'ring' -- last yr,yemvoon n angel both hav d idea of buying ring,coz..they wanna have sth special dat will catch ppl's attention when they r doing performances on d stage with so many other players..they've been thinking wat kind of jewellery would be suitable..then d idea of getting a ring came out...so..well..angel bought a ring 1st,which is i think b4 d yr end hols start...while yemvoon is still searching for her ideal ring(at last she got one...well..im gonna tell d details in d other post) ^_^

okay..back to d story...
i mention dat ' someone's ' bday is coming(obviously it's hers,which is on d 16th jan)...
then when she heard dat.. she oso *cough*cough* a bit...
but i kinda break her hopes by saying sth like this :

me : wah..so expensive..dun expect us (me,angel,eunice n ++) to buy for u ler...dunno nd how many to pakat lar..summore is oso quite expensive for us to handle ler...

yvoon : haiyo....(silent for a very short while) of course i din expect u guys 2buy lar..i jz mention to u oni mar..

me : haha..since u knw dat..good good..hehe...

so...we din put dat into our list of bday gift for her...
then..d week came..her bday was on d wed..so we start thinking precisely how 2celebrate her bday on mon when we c each other during choir...
so lucky dat i sat separately fr her as i was sitting with angel n amy coz we r altos while yvoon n eunice were sopranos...
we start discussing..but then angel brought in d bad news..yvoon sis wanna might wanna celebrate with her on wed nite,so she might nd 2leave right after choir n skip orchestra..
then i was like.. hah...then how??
but then we dun wanna ask her straight wat time she is free coz we r trying to make it a suprise...
so..d thing was left hanging until tues nite(leaving everything undecided!!!)
on tues nite..i was like..lost..coz i usually plan my traveling time n everything for college's classes..then i sms angel n ask her how...
but..none of us knw wat to do...so..i called yvoon n ask her free time on wed..
tho i knw is not d way we want it to be..but i was quite furious with yvoon..coz of d uncertainties...all of us were lost...then she was like..aiyo..i oso dunno how to say..
but d conclusion of dat call is -- it was left hanging AGAIN until d next day which is d 16th!!!!

aft a few hours of waiting sms n draft planning on wed morning..
wow..we finally plan d thing alr!!!

so d plan is -- go pizza hut at 3 n celebrate..might skip d oa class which is at 4 o'clock coz..we r having our lunch in pizza hut,so we assume dat it will not be too speedy..so we decided to skip class for once XP (i knw is naughty,but aiyo..wont die rite..hehe)

so...aft buying d 'cake' with amy in secret recipe...we went to pizza hut..
when we reach thr..d food was not thr yet..so we chatted..n wait...coz we plan to have d cake aft d meal..
but...we waited for more than half n hour...n our orders r still not here yet even tho amy's been asking for it twice during dat duration..
then..for d third time..we were a bit frustrated..so amy actually complain n nearly wanted to cancel d orders..then d waitress came n said dat d orders were not placed earlier on..n she politely asked us to wait for a while..amy was quite angry with wat she heard..but..well..no choice..so we waited..
d funny part of this is dat..
d guilty waitress came n tell us every 10 minutes dat our orders will be ready soon..so we were like..okay...
but...aft d announcement,she oso kept on asking if we still wanna cancel our orders...
well..come to think of it..if u say dat it will be ready by how long how long...then y would we wanna cancel?? u will be d one having lost lar...idiot brain ler..

well..since we r waiting...s..we decided to bring out d cake n eat it 1st...
d cake erm...hehe.. (amy's idea)
is made up of 5 pieces of diff types of cake...n d funny part is dat..d greetings were written on d cake BOARD...haha



yvoon was quite shock when she c d special cake...n angel is actually trying to capture a video of yvoon's facial expressions as she open d cake box using my camera...
but she failes..coz..she dun really knw how to manipulate...haha...
well.nvm still..we did caught her expressions in our eyes..^_^

aft singing a cacat-ed birthday song (aren't we ashame of ourselves?we r music students,n our so simple bday song is jz so..argghh..)
we started eating our cake with our fork..

long aft we had our cake...then only d pizzas came..
jz as we has predicted..we finish our whole meal at abt 4.35pm...
so i drove everyone back...
n we went for our choir class at 5..
